A great School is looking for an experienced Speech Language Pathologist / SLP to join their growing team for a contract assignment! This is a contract position. 8am - 3:30pm schedule. This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance. Requirements include: NYS Certification of Clinical Competency required NYS Certification as a Teacher of the Speech and Hearing Handicapped (TSHH) or Teacher of Students with Speech Language Disabilities (TSSLD) required MA Degree in Speech Language Pathology required At least 6 months experience employing behavior analytic principles with children with ASD Knowledge of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems, including Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS) Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) highly preferred Cannot have worked with the DOE within 1 year About Centra: Centra Healthcare`s mission is to provide unparalleled service enabling professionals to concentrate on caring for America.
