Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - $2,000 per week in Seaside, OR

This role involves providing services in a home health setting. The position requires an Oregon license. The schedule consists of four 8-hour days. The expected patient ratio is 1:1, with a maximum of six patients per day. Travelers will be required to have their own transportation. The facility minimizes driving time by grouping clients effectively. Some driving may be required, with a maximum radius of approximately 60 miles. Primary series COVID vaccination and one booster are required for the role. Oasis experience is preferred for candidates. Business casual attire is acceptable, with scrubs allowed but not mandatory. Charting is done using EPIC Remote Client and Rover mobile app. Experience in home health is preferred. Travelers must be flexible and ready to meet productivity expectations. No weekend work is required for this position.
