Located in West Portland and surrounding areas. Requires Oregon license. Shift consists of four 8-hour days. Patient ratios are primarily 1:1. May visit up to six patients per day, with a standard of 30 productivity points. First-time travelers are accepted. No weekend requirements. On-call duty is not required. Traveler is expected to have reliable transportation. The facility groups clients effectively to minimize drive and windshield time. The maximum drive radius is roughly 60 miles, with an estimated total drive time of 60 to 90 minutes per day. COVID vaccination, including a primary series and one booster, is required. Experience with OASIS is essential.
