Minimum Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
  • Completed Clinical Fellowship Year and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
  • Active Wisconsin state SLP license is required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or post-acute care setting preferred.
  • Experience evaluating and treating adult dysphagia, cognitive-communication disorders, and providing individualized treatment plans preferred.


Assignment Details

  • Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
  • Shift Name: Days.
  • Shift Details: Days 08:30–16:30.
  • Schedule: 5 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift.
  • Assignment Length: 15 weeks.
  • Guaranteed hours: 35 per week.
