Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - $2,046 per week in Bardstown, KY

Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist Profession: Speech Language Pathologist Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: 1 year clinical experience License: Must have valid state license in hand upon submission Certifications: BLS, CCC-SLP Must-Have: Experience in home health Description: Will work in both assigned locations, approximately 28 miles apart. Must have home health experience. The typical patient load is 6 patients treated per day. Common diagnoses include CVA and aphasia. Shifts are 5 days a week, 8 hours per day. There are no weekend or holiday requirements. Professional dress code is expected. Two weeks of department-specific orientation will be provided with a work coach. Charting will be done using Homecare Homebase (HCHB). The facility can cancel up to 4 shifts for the duration of the assignment.
