What We're Looking For


  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current state licensure in good standing or eligibility for Oregon licensure.
  • ASHA CCCs required or in progress.
  • Educator's license or eligibility for an Oregon teaching license preferred.
  • Experience providing services to preschool-aged children (3–5 year olds).
  • Demonstrated experience with school-based assessments, IEP development, and progress reporting.
  • Experience working in public school settings or early childhood special education preferred.


Assignment Details


  • Facility Type: School.
  • Shift Name: Days.
  • Assignment Length: 190-day contract covering the school year (August 21, 2026–June 9, 2027).
  • Student Age Group: 3–5 year olds.
  • Service Area: Candidates should be able to serve multiple districts within Marion, Polk, and Yamhill Counties; travel between school sites may be required.


What You'll Do:


  • Provide speech and language therapy in a school-based setting for preschool-aged students.
  • Conduct assessments and interpret results to inform individualized education program (IEP) goals.
  • Develop and implement IEPs, deliver goal-aligned therapy, and monitor student progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary school teams.
  • Maintain compliant documentation according to district, state, and federal guidelines.
