Key Responsibilities of the Speech Language Pathologist- Evaluate speech/language and swallowing abilities of patients with impairments, functional limitations, disabilities, or health status changes due to various causes
- Establish a plan of care through evidence-based practice interventions and age-appropriate goals
- Collaborate with diverse professionals to implement and assess intervention programs
- Complete other duties as assigned
Requirements of the Speech Language Pathologist- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
- Current Texas State License in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience in Neonatal care
- Modified Barium Swallow Study experience
