Minimum Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Active New Hampshire SLP license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facilities or long-term care settings is preferred.
• Experience with dysphagia management, cognitive-communication treatment, and use of standardized assessment tools is preferred.

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
• Schedule Pattern: 5x8.
• VMS Contract Weeks: 14-week assignment.
• VMS Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week.
