Minimum Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
  • Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
  • Active Ohio state SLP license required to start the assignment.
  • Must have at least 12 months of Home Health experience within the past 3 years (client requirement).
  • Experience with HCHB and OASIS documentation required.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Ability to meet productivity expectation: approximately 32 productivity points per week for a 40-hour week (client guidance).
  • Ability to work within assigned territory (Blue/Royal/Sienna) and manage travel between patient homes.


Assignment Details

  • Facility Type: Home Health.
  • Shift Details: Days. 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.
  • Schedule: Day shifts, 8 hours per day.
  • Length of Contract: 13 weeks.
  • On-call/Weekends/Holidays: No on-call, weekend, or holiday requirements.
  • EMR: HCHB and OASIS experience required.
