Full-Time Position for a Speech-Language Pathologist to work in a charter school focused on meeting the needs of students with autism. This position is for the 2026-27 school year and starts on August 3, 2026. You'll finish up the last week of May 2027. Previous experience or fieldwork in pediatrics or school-based therapy, working with children in a therapeutic setting, treating children with speech therapy needs, communicating/collaborating with a team on evaluations and treatment plans, and working with EMR or IEP online documentation systems are all desired skills for this role. - Compensation is based on experience. Hourly rates (W-2) range from $55-65/hour
Primary Job Duties:
- Implement student engagement strategies that ensure adequate progress toward goals.
- Conduct assessments/evaluations and collect data on students
- Write, implement, and progress monitor individualized communication goals for students on your caseload.
- Engage in data-driven instruction decisions with the entire team.
- Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies throughout all practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited school of speech-language pathology.
- Experience delivering services in a school setting, in a classroom integration model, is preferred
- Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Minimum of two years of SLP experience in a school setting preferred
- Familiarity or experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) preferred
- Valid Arizona fingerprint clearance card
- SLP-CCC Preferred
Required:
- Arizona IVP Fingerprint clearance card
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology License
- ADE Speech-Language Pathology Certification
- Master s Degree or higher
