We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team for a travel assignment. The SLP will evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders while collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Assess and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders
Provide therapeutic interventions based on individual patient needs and rehabilitation goals
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on communication strategies, swallowing safety, compensatory techniques, and home programs
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals
Participate in care planning and discharge planning as appropriate
Provide recommendations for continued therapy and follow-up services
Maintain a safe, professional, and organized therapy environment
Adapt quickly to new facilities, teams, documentation systems, and patient populations
Requirements
Required: Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Required: Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of assignment or ability to obtain
Preferred: Previous clinical experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting
Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), where applicable
Strong communication, documentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team
Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments
