Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - $2,326 per week in Green Bay, WI

Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist Profession: Rehabilitation Specialty: General Rehabilitation Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum of 3 years plus 1 year in NICU License: Required license and certifications Certifications: BLS, CCC certification through ASHA, advanced training in infant feeding, certified neonate therapist (preferred) Must-Have: Strong communication skills, collaborative team player, experience with preemie neuro assessments, experience with Bayley 4 preferred Description: The Speech-Language Pathologist will work in a rehabilitation setting that serves infants. The candidate will be involved with infants less than 36 weeks of gestation. Common patient types and diagnoses include premature infants, feeding disorders, congenital disorders, craniofacial abnormalities, respiratory distress syndrome, and cardiac conditions. The role requires general speech therapy experience in the NICU and feeding therapy expertise for fragile feeders. Collaboration with nursing staff, other speech therapists, occupational therapy teams, and onsite providers is essential. Familiarity with EMR systems and unit-specific equipment, such as infant video and FEES, is a bonus. There will be a weekend rotation with no on-call responsibilities or holiday expectations. Scrubs will be provided by the facility. The unit culture is characterized by a dedicated NICU office, a collaborative team environment, and an integrated approach with providers and therapists.
