Seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract opportunity in a rehabilitation setting. REQUIREMENTS
Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License in good standing
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Current CPR certification preferred
Previous experience in rehabilitation, skilled nursing, outpatient, or acute care settings preferred
Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Evaluate patients with speech, language, communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide speech and language therapy services based on patient-specific needs
Assess and treat dysphagia and swallowing impairments
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding therapy goals and home programs
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
Promote patient independence, safety, and quality of life

Competitive pay rate of $58.80 - $68.60 per hour
