Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - $2,369 per week in Boston, MA

Job Title: Acute Care Speech Language Pathologist Profession: Healthcare Specialty: Speech Language Pathology Duration: 6 months Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: 3+ years pediatric feeding and swallowing experience License: MA State Licensure Certifications: ASHA Certification, Current CPR Certification Must-Have: - Independent in the completion of Pediatric tasks - Flexibility with patient care needs - Willingness to transition between inpatient care, outpatient care, and MBS - Ability to attend all team meetings during working hours - Completion of SLP Department training upon start - Adherence to SLP Department standards for patient care and documentation - Reporting to and being supervised by Pediatric SLP Section Leader Description: The position requires expertise in pediatric feeding and swallowing. Candidates should be experienced in various pediatric settings such as NICU, Pediatric Inpatient Floor, and Pediatric Intensive Care. Experience with trach and vent care, as well as outpatient clinical feeding evaluations, is preferred. Candidates will need to complete designated competencies and comply with departmental standards. This role involves direct patient care with responsibilities that may vary throughout the day. The clinician will collaborate with the team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
