Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - $2,370 per week in Hudson, NH

Job Title: Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: SLP Pediatrics Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 16:30) Experience: Minimum 1 year License: NH State license required Certifications: CCC-SLP required, CPR preferred Must-Have: Epic charting experience required Graduate of an accredited school of speech and language pathology Must hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence awarded by ASHA (CCC-SLP) Description: We are seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time position. The schedule consists of Mondays and Wednesdays from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The clinic treats pediatric patients ages 3 months to 18 years. Diagnoses include autism, expressive and receptive language disorders, and feeding disorders. Types of treatments involve one-on-one therapy with patients and consultations with parents or guardians to develop a home program. Experience with feeding for pediatric outpatient SLP is required. Pediatrics experience is required in areas such as CVA, mental retardation, and fluency. Preferred experience includes TBI and hearing impairments. General skills required include assessment, evaluation, plan of care, and family education. Experience with alternative communication devices and dysphagia interventions is preferred. Candidates must be familiar with AAC for non-verbal patients. Potential team members need to be effective in communication and interpersonal skills. Travelers will be considered, but candidates who have previously worked with this organization are ineligible.
