Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
Develop individualized therapy plans and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
Document patient progress and ensure SNF compliance
Educate patients, families, and caregivers
Requirements
Active SLP license or eligibility for licensure
SNF experience preferred, not required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
