Job Opportunity – Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist – Everett, WA 98201
Start Date: August 24, 2026
Location: Everett, Washington – Women and Children's Pavilion Campus
Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (08:00 - 17:00), Monday through Friday. No weekends required. Guaranteed hours with potential for one call-off per two-week period.
Highlights:- Outpatient pediatric speech language pathology position at a comprehensive women and children's pavilion with Level II NICU
- Work with diverse pediatric patient populations including neonates, infants, children, and adolescents
- 13-week assignment (91 days) with facility-paid parking
- Level II Trauma Center with 571 total staffed beds across campuses
- EPIC charting system with interdisciplinary support from social services
- Minimal orientation required (8 hours) with structured onboarding process
Requirements:- Active Washington state Speech Language Pathologist license
- Minimum 1 year of pediatric SLP experience required
- Previous travel experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- EPIC charting experience strongly preferred
- Experience with pediatric developmental delays, autism, language disorders, augmentative communication, and oral motor assessments
- Must reside outside 50-mile radius from the facility
- Two professional references covering one year within the last three years
- Commitment to work 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
