Customized and individualized rehabilitation is tailored to the specific needs of those recovering from various conditions including stroke, brain injury, neurological disorders, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury. The role aims to maximize health, function, and quality of life through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs. Candidates should have experience in acute care, skilled nursing, or inpatient rehabilitation settings.
