Join us for the 2026-27 school year as an SLP in Cedar Hill, TX. If you are a speech-language pathologist with your CCC who would like to work with your family's schedule, then school contracting is for you! Position is within an elementary and middle school. Local contacts earn between $52-55/hour BOE. The SLPs weekly schedule includes: Pull-out therapy ,Classroom based intervention/integrated services ,Diagnostic evaluations, ARD Meetings ,Collaborative consultation with other professionals and families , MTSS/RTI activities , AAC technological support ,Travel between/among campuses, as assigned Key Details: The SLPs range of responsibilities include: *Prevention, including involvement in MTSS/RTI *Assessment for initial referrals and re-evaluations *Evidence based intervention appropriate to age and learning needs (see below) *Program design to allow for a continuum of service delivery models in the least restrictive environment *Data collection and analysis for individual students and programs *Compliance with federal and state mandates and local policies and accompanying required paperwork, including MTSS/RTI meetings, ARD Process, IEP Development, Treatment plans, Medicaid billing, therapy logs, evaluation report writing, data collection, progress reports, case management and due process Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-language pathology or communiciation disorders (or equivalent) from an accredited university Experience working in the schools and/or with a pediatric caseload, fieldwork counts TX SLP license or eligible Bilingual in Spanish preferred Our awesome Ardor benefits include: Weekly pay, every Friday! Travel Farther Together Referral Program: Payout is tiered. The $1,200 per clinician reward applies only after you’ve referred 10 or more clinicians who successfully contract with Ardor. Payouts are split: 50% when the referred clinician starts, and 50% when they reach the midpoint of their assignment.
License, Certification & CE Assistance: Reimbursements and assistance are offered on a case-by-case basis. Approval must be documented by your recruiting team and is not guaranteed for every clinician or assignment.
