School Psychologist (PSY) - School - (PSY - School)

Available Shifts: 6.5 D
Pay Rate: $2492.00 - $2568.00
Work with grades 6-8 at a single school location, leading social skills groups, small group counseling, and individual counseling. You will conduct evaluations, participate in evaluation and IEP meetings, and collaborate with district staff to support students’ academic and emotional needs.
A current Psychologist license is required. Experience with middle school students, strong assessment and counseling skills, and the ability to work independently are recommended

Required Qualifications
Psychologist, School
Master’s or Doctoral Degree in School Psychology
State Certification and / or Licensure is Required to Start the Assignment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a School Setting is Preferred
Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators, parents, and community members
Proficiency in assessment tools and techniques used in school and educational settings
Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with federal and state regulations
Strong Knowledge of Child Development, Learning Theories, and Behavioral Interventions
