Position Details- Contract Length: 13 Weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday – Friday
- Shift: Day Shift
- Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Responsibilities- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
- Create and implement personalized treatment plans
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy plans and outcomes
