Minimum Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Active California state SLP license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Minimum 1 year of home health experience with a Medicare-certified facility (client requirement).
• Experience using HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) EMR required (client requirement).
• Experience managing productivity expectations, including meeting 30 productivity points per week (client requirement).

• Shift: Days.
• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
• Shift Length: 8 hours per shift.
• Typical Schedule Example: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (as listed by client).
• Guaranteed hours per week: 24.
• Productivity requirement: 30 points per week.
• EMR: HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) required.
• Travel territory: patients primarily in Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, Tustin, Irvine, Lake Forest, Laguna Woods, Aliso Viejo, Laguna Niguel, and Laguna Beach; assignments may travel further south within the region (candidate must be able to travel within the territory).
