Day Shift//AUTO OFFER 40 hours per week/Backfill for EPIC must have experience in EPIC and Cerner.This position is for an EPIC conversion project. Candidates must have EPIC experience within the last 12 months and recent Cerner experience. Each work history entry must list the charting system used. No RTO is allowed. The listed start date is firm.Education and Work Degree or foreign equivalent: RequiredTwo years' speech language pathology experience: PreferredLicenses/ Pathologist licensure in the state of practice: RequiredCardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: RequiredAmerican Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC): PreferredFacility Specific License/ Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQI BLS) certification: RequiredCertificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP): RequiredEssential patient information before evaluations and during course of treatment.Conducts and documents comprehensive patient assessments.Assists in data collection of patient outcomes.Instructs and directs support staff, as outlined in national and state Practice Acts.Supervises assistants and support staff.Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
