Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - $2,788 per week in Boston, MA

Job Title: Acute Care Speech Language Pathologist Profession: Healthcare Specialty: Speech Language Pathology Duration: 6 months Shift: Days, Monday - Friday Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: 3+ years pediatric feeding and swallowing experience License: MA State Licensure Certifications: ASHA Certification, Current CPR Certification Must-Have: Pediatric feeding and swallowing experience; flexibility with patient care needs; ability to transition between inpatient care, outpatient care, and MBS. Description: This position is for an Acute Care Speech Language Pathologist. The contract is for 6 months. This is a day shift position, Monday through Friday. Hours are from 8 AM to 4:30 PM. The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience with pediatric feeding and swallowing. Candidates should be independent in their work upon completion of pediatric training. Preferred experience includes NICU, Pediatric Inpatient Floor, Pediatric Intensive Care, trach and vent, and outpatient clinical feeding evaluations. The candidate will be required to attend all team meetings during working hours. Upon starting, the clinician will need to complete departmental training and adhere to departmental standards for patient care and documentation. The clinician will report to and be supervised by the Pediatric SLP Section Leader.
