Patient Population
You’ll work with a diverse caseload including:
- Post-Concussion
- CVA/Stroke
- TBI
- Head & Neck Cancer
- Acute Rehab Patients
- Outpatient Therapy Patients
Typical daily caseload:
- 7–8 Outpatients OR
- Combination of 4 Outpatients & 3–4 Inpatients
Responsibilities
- Perform bedside swallow evaluations and follow-ups independently
- Conduct communication evaluations and treatment planning
- Administer outpatient standardized testing
- Provide treatment in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab teams and providers
