Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - $960 per week in Gloucester, VA

Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum 1 year in home health and OASIS License: Valid state license required Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: Experience with bedside swallow evaluation, hearing impairments, and various nervous system disorders Description: Must have experience in OASIS and home health. Locals are allowed. Mileage will be reimbursed at the IRS rate. This is a part-time position requiring 2 days a week. Candidates should have preferred experience in a supervisory role. Charting system experience is required. OASIS knowledge is essential. Candidates should be comfortable with a patient ratio of 6 points per day, totaling 30 per week. Each visit type has specific weight in points impacting overall workload. Candidates may be required to float based on facility needs. All required certifications must be obtained through recognized providers. Applicants must have a compact license or state license in hand prior to submission. Specialty experience within the last year is required. Request for time off should be kept to a minimum. No additional requests for time off will be accepted after an offer has been made.
