Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders across inpatient and outpatient settings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and clinical goals
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current and valid Washington State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
• Experience working in inpatient and/or outpatient clinical settings

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a combined inpatient and outpatient care environment
• Strong documentation and electronic health record (EHR) skills
• Ability to manage a diverse patient caseload across varying acuity levels
