Contract | Full-Time | Days | Monday–Friday, 8 hours/day | No weekend or holiday requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services to home health patients across a multi-county territory spanning two office locations
• Treat approximately 6 patients per day, with a primary focus on CVA and aphasia diagnoses
• Travel throughout an expansive service area covering 11 counties; travel time between furthest points may exceed 2.5 hours
• Maintain professional documentation and communication using a company-provided phone and tablet
• Adhere to professional dress code standards while working in patient home environments

Required Qualifications

• Active Kentucky SLP license — must be in hand at time of submission; pending licensure is not accepted
• CCC-SLP credential required
• BLS certification required
• Home health experience required
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
• Must be willing and able to cover all 11 counties across both service locations

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience treating CVA and aphasia patient populations
• Comfort working independently across a large geographic territory with significant daily travel
