Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment findings
- Provide direct therapeutic intervention to patients across assigned caseload
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and support optimal outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic strategies and home exercise programs
Required Qualifications- Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current and valid California state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or Clinical Fellowship eligibility
- Ability to work a rotating shift schedule
- Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a clinical or healthcare setting as an SLP
- Experience with dysphagia evaluation and treatment
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
