Contract | Days | 4x10-hour shifts (Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday) | 07:00–17:30

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders in an acute care hospital setting
• Conduct clinical swallowing evaluations and implement appropriate treatment plans
• Perform and interpret instrumental swallowing assessments as indicated
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of Ohio
• Minimum of 1 year of acute care hospital experience
• Graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA or eligibility

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience performing Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBSS)
• Experience with Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES)
