Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapy teams to optimize patient outcomes
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on communication strategies and progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulations
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and discharge planning
Requirements
  • Active Massachusetts SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Strong communication and assessment skills
  • Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred
