Speech Language Pathologist – Outpatient Pediatric

Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (5x8-Hour Shifts)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services in an outpatient pediatric setting, including evaluation and treatment of communication and swallowing disorders
• Deliver patient care within a Women and Children's Pavilion environment, which includes comprehensive maternity services and a Level II NICU
• Document patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes using EPIC electronic health records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support optimal patient outcomes
• Float to nearby sister facilities as needed per assignment requirements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Valid state license or compact license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Proficiency or ability to work with EPIC charting system
• Must commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
• All RTO requests must be submitted upfront at time of submittal

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a pediatric outpatient or hospital-based SLP setting
• Familiarity with Level II NICU or neonatal/pediatric populations
• Experience working within a large, multi-campus health system
