Speech Language Pathologist – Outpatient Pediatric

Key Responsibilities- Provide speech-language pathology services in an outpatient pediatric setting within a Women and Children's Pavilion
- Evaluate and treat pediatric patients, including those associated with a Level II NICU environment
- Document patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress using EPIC electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support comprehensive pediatric patient outcomes
- Float within the facility or to nearby sister facilities as needed and within scope of practice
Required Qualifications- Active Washington State Speech Language Pathologist license (must be in-hand prior to start)
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records
- Ability to commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility (no local candidates)
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in an outpatient pediatric or NICU-affiliated speech therapy setting
- Familiarity with travel contract assignments and compliance requirements
- Experience floating across like units within a hospital system
