Key Responsibilities- Provide speech-language pathology services within a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with patient needs and care goals
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility standards
- Float between worksites as required during assigned shift
Required Qualifications- Active California Speech Language Pathologist license
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
- Ability to float between client worksites as needed
- Ability to meet standard credentialing requirements
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience with Casamba documentation software strongly preferred
