Provide speech-language pathology services within a skilled nursing facility setting
Conduct evaluations and deliver individualized treatment plans for patients with communication and swallowing disorders
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Float between designated worksites as clinically required during assigned shifts
Required Qualifications
Active California SLP license required
Minimum 1 year of SNF experience
Ability to float to multiple worksites as needed
Must meet standard credentialing requirements
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience with Casamba documentation software highly preferred
Familiarity with skilled nursing facility workflows and productivity standards
