Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services in a pediatric outpatient setting
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat pediatric patients with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records using EPIC EMR
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to pediatric patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient care goals

Required Qualifications

• Active Virginia Speech-Language Pathologist license (must be included with submission; if not yet active, include current licensure status)
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Pediatric outpatient experience required — this position serves a pediatric population exclusively

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Familiarity with EPIC electronic medical records system
• Experience treating a diverse range of pediatric speech and language disorders
