Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time (35-Hour Weekly Guarantee)
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluation findings
- Monitor and document patient progress toward established therapy goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
Required Qualifications- Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current and valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in South Carolina
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience with geriatric patient populations
- Familiarity with MDS documentation and skilled nursing facility protocols
