Key Responsibilities- Review patient information prior to evaluations and throughout the course of treatment
- Conduct and document comprehensive patient assessments for communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
- Assist in data collection related to patient outcomes
- Instruct and direct support staff in accordance with national and state Practice Acts
- Supervise assistants and support staff
- Provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services as an integral member of the interdisciplinary care team
Required Qualifications- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or foreign equivalent
- Active Speech Pathologist licensure in the state of practice
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
- EPIC experience within the last 12 months
- Recent Cerner experience; each work history entry must include the charting system used
Preferred Experience / Skills- Minimum two years of speech-language pathology clinical experience
- American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
