    Job Title

    Travel Speech Language Pathologist – Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF)

    Location

    Lynnwood, Washington

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Travel | Full-Time | Days | 13-Week Assignment | 40 Hours per Week Guaranteed | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with one weekend day per month

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide speech-language pathology services within an acute inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting
    • Evaluate and treat patients recovering from stroke, traumatic brain injury (TBI), spinal cord injury, and debility
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's rehabilitation goals
    • Document patient progress and clinical notes using EPIC and Rehab Connect electronic health record systems
    • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to support patient recovery and return to independence
    • Deliver care to a general adult patient population across rehabilitation floors
    Required Qualifications
    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
    • Valid SLP certification/licensure required
    • Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist
    • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
    • Ability to work cooperatively as part of a multidisciplinary team
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior experience in acute care, skilled nursing, or inpatient rehabilitation hospital settings
    • Familiarity with EPIC and/or Rehab Connect EHR platforms
    • Experience treating diagnoses such as stroke, TBI, and spinal cord injury
