Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Adhere to all facility policies, including identification and badging requirements at all times while on site
Required Qualifications
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of Rhode Island
- Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred or in progress
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a clinical or facility-based setting
- Experience with a diverse patient population across various diagnoses
