Job Descriptions:
Duties:
- Evaluate speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide speech and language therapy sessions
- Help patients improve communication and speech skills
- Treat swallowing and feeding difficulties
- Educate patients and families on therapy techniques
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans
- Document therapy sessions and patient records
- Collaborate with doctors, teachers, and other healthcare professionals
- Follow professional and ethical standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum one year (12 months) of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
- A valid and current SLP license issued by the state of IL.
- Clinical fellowship or relevant experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassion and patience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
