Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Schedule / Job TypeContract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Days | Monday through Friday | Home Health
Key Responsibilities- Provide speech-language pathology services to patients in a home health setting
- Evaluate and treat patients with communication, swallowing, and related disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
Required Qualifications- Current and valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of California
- Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
- Experience providing speech-language pathology services in a clinical or home health environment
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior home health experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with home health documentation and compliance requirements
