Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active and valid Speech Language Pathologist licensure in the state of Washington
• Graduate degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred or eligibility required
• Must present a valid state or federal issued photo identification upon arrival at the facility
• Must wear a visible photo badge at all times while on site

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
