Key Responsibilities- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
- Document services in compliance with applicable regulations and facility standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to support optimal outcomes
- Maintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocols
Required Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS or MA required)
- Current state SLP license in good standing
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills
Preferred Experience / Skills- Previous experience working with tracheostomy and ventilator-dependent patients
- Prior experience in a rehabilitation or skilled nursing setting
