Speech Language Pathologist – Travel

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Days | Onsite | 8-Week Assignment | 40 Hours per Week
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, and communication disorders in an acute care setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and clinical findings
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes in accordance with facility standards
- Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding treatment goals and strategies
Required Qualifications- Active Florida State Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Acute care experience required
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior travel therapy experience in an acute care environment
- Strong ability to adapt quickly to new clinical settings and workflows
