    Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

    Location

    Ontario, California

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Full-Time | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services within a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) setting
    • Evaluate and treat patients with communication, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing disorders
    • Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately using facility EMR system (Protouch)
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
    • Float to sister facility unit as operationally required
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of California
    • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist
    • Experience working in an acute care hospital setting
    • Ability to work a Monday through Friday schedule, 40 hours per week
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior experience in a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) environment strongly preferred
    • Familiarity with Protouch EMR system
    • Seasoned clinical background with ability to manage a diverse acute patient population
