Your Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders
Develop individualized therapy plans and monitor patient progress
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to ensure quality care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Educate patients and families on strategies for communication improvement
Participate in discharge planning and interdisciplinary team meetings

Requirements:

Active Washington Speech Language Pathologist license (or eligibility to obtain)
Master's or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Excellent communication, evaluation, and treatment planning skills
Previous experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting preferred
