Key Responsibilities
- Assess and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders for sub-acute rehabilitation patients
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support and coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and families on treatment options and care strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
- Experience working with sub-acute rehabilitation patient populations
