About the Facility

We are currently recruiting a Speech and Language Pathologists (SLP) | Long Term Care (LTC) for a prominent healthcare facility in Potosi, MO.

Job Description

✅ Provide strong leadership and direction to the rehabilitation team (PT, OT, ST, PTA, COTA). ✅ Oversee and ensure compliance with PDPM processes. ✅ Develop and enhance rehabilitation programs for high-acuity patients. ✅ Foster collaboration among interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. ✅ Monitor and analyze clinical and financial performance metrics. ✅ Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.

Attending morning meetings, facility meetings and doing the schedule.

Submission Requirements

1 year of SLP experience [REQUIRED]
