Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and assess patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Provide direct therapeutic intervention to patients across assigned caseload
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes in accordance with facility standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
Required Qualifications- Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current and valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Maryland (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship
- Ability to fulfill a minimum of 30 guaranteed hours per week
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a clinical or healthcare setting as a licensed SLP
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation systems
